Virtual Bridal Ring Consultation
Responsible for the creation and execution of the Virtual Bridal Ring Consultation service.
This service provides customers with the option of a one-on-one video session with the merchandising and product manager to help select the product that best fits their desires.
The goal was to simplify the ring buying process for customers since this is primarily an e-commerce driven business
